Product Description:
Our raise borer KDTJ-3000L is developed and designed by our company based on the new
characteristics of underground mining technology in China, and
taking into account the advantages of the existing rail wheel
drilling rig technology. This model optimizes the original rock
drilling parameters and uses system integration technology to
design a low profile for the entire machine size. The walking part
adopts a crawler trailer to move, converting the longer solid body
into a central articulated steering. Combined with remote control
operation, it has a small turning radius, flexible walking, high
safety, and better adapts to the development needs of domestic
mines.

Applications:
Our raise borer KDTJ-3000L equipped with advanced drilling rod loading and unloading robots,
the attached crane has been eliminated. It can directly pick up the
drilling rod from the ground and send it to the unloading position
without manual intervention, with higher safety and more stable and
reliable movements. Only one person needs to operate the buttons to
complete the entire operation process, greatly reducing the labor
intensity of workers; Adopting a brand new hydraulic system, the
application of hydraulic integration technology simplifies the
hydraulic pipeline structure, and the load feedback type overflow
free design reduces system heating and energy consumption, thereby
improving the stability of the hydraulic system. The use of
advanced hydraulic components and imported seals greatly avoids the
occurrence of component leakage.
The walking part adopts a crawler walking trailer, which converts
the longer solid body into a central articulated steering mode. The
overall driving capacity and external dimensions of this vehicle
are very close to the tunnel requirements of a 2m3 underground
loader. The walking soft characteristic control adopts load
sensitive proportional control technology to better achieve
stepless speed regulation during the process and reduce the
inertial impact of starting and stopping. High precision control of
micro displacement ensures safer and more comfortable operation.
The mature functional configuration that has been used for many
years greatly reduces the occurrence of failures.
