The Keda intelligent multi strand anchor cable installation trolley was introduced, featuring a traction mechanism and cable feeding device. This innovation facilitated the continuous and suspended delivery of anchor cables, reducing ground friction resistance and significantly enhancing installation efficiency.
By implementing constant resistance anchor cable technology, such as NPR anchor cables, in conjunction with the coordinated operation of the main arm and auxiliary arm, the deformation of the surrounding rock was effectively controlled to within 300 millimeters. As a result, the arch replacement rate was reduced to zero, marking a substantial improvement in construction outcomes.
