Efficient mechanized construction, Keda intelligent multi strand anchor cable installation trolley adopts traction mechanism and cable feeding device, realizing continuous and suspended delivery of anchor cables, reducing ground friction resistance, and significantly improving installation efficiency; Through the collaborative operation of the main arm and auxiliary arm, combined with constant resistance anchor cable technology (such as NPR anchor cable), the deformation of the surrounding rock is effectively controlled to within 300 millimeters, and the arch replacement rate is reduced to zero.

Key technologies for mechanized construction of prestressed anchor cables are developed to facilitate the integration of drilling, installation, anchoring, and pulling in a fully mechanized construction method. This approach involves utilizing large key equipment like cantilever tunneling machines and multifunctional anchor cable trolleys.
Research experiments are conducted in the Wudu Right Line direction, yielding significant findings. Firstly, the integration of key technologies for mechanized construction of prestressed anchor cables has led to effective and stable construction in soft and fractured rock formations. It has notably improved the quality of anchor cable construction and boosted the effective prestress of the cables by nearly 100 kN. Secondly, the fully mechanized construction method for soft rock tunnels with large deformations has revolutionized the traditional manual construction practices. This has resulted in improved construction quality and speed, reduced initial support construction personnel by 1/5, shortened individual construction cycle times by nearly 2 hours, and diminished tunnel convergence values by up to 48.6%.
